Dr. Samantha Lewis, Senior Postdoctoral Fellow, UC Davis will present a seminar entitled "Regulation of Mitochondrial Genome Distribution within Human Cells." Dr. Lewis uses basic and systems cell biology approaches to interrogate the mechanisms of mitochondrial genome synthesis, segregation, and inheritance in mammalian cells.
