Join the Asian and Pacific Cultural Center (APCC), Hui O Hawai'i (HOH) & Pacific Islander Club (PIC) to screen ¨Kumu Hina¨ in celebration of Trans Awareness Week!

"KUMU HINA" is a powerful film about the struggle to maintain Indigenous culture and values within the westernized society of modern day Hawaiʻi. It is told through the lens of an extraordinary Native Hawaiian who is both a proud and confident māhū and an honored and respected kumu, or teacher, cultural practitioner, and community leader.

The APCC´s Gathering Hall has a maximum capacity of 70 people, due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
