Laughter reduces stress and improves health. Anyone can laugh intentionally. OSU’s Laughter Yoga Club will guide you through the exercise and experience of intentional laughter with a certified Laughter Yoga leader.

Spring 2021 OSU Laughter Yoga Club sessions are Mondays and Fridays 4:00-4:30pm PST on Zoom. As an OSU member, you, your family, pets, and friends are welcome to join in the joy. Spring term OSU Laughter Club sessions run from Monday 03.29.2021 through Friday 06.04.2021.
