Entering a helping profession requires more than technical expertise, it demands emotional intelligence, ethical awareness, and the confidence to lead with compassion while maintaining professional boundaries. This interactive workshop is designed for graduate students who are preparing for emotionally demanding, people centered careers. Through reflection, discussion, and a Brené Brown based leadership self-assessment, participants will explore empathy driven leadership, strengthen boundary setting and burnout prevention skills, and develop practical strategies to advocate for themselves and others in team and client-based settings.
