This course is designed to teach participants the skill and knowledge needed to prevent and respond to aquatic emergencies. The program includes aquatic-specific rescues, first aid and CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer. Participants must successfully complete a skills test the first day of class to continue in the training. The skill assessment includes, a 300 yard swim, retrieval of a 10-pound brick from 7-10 feet deep water, and two minutes of treading water. This Course is three days from 10:00 am - 6:00 pm on Saturdays 2/26/2022, 3/5/2022, & 3/12/2022.
