Celebrate Linus Pauling Day: OSU’s Linus Pauling Institute is hosting an Open House & Social on Friday, Feb. 27 from 4:30-6:30 p.m. in honor of Linus Pauling Day. RSVP to attend and learn more about the Institute’s research while celebrating  Pauling’s remarkable legacy. Pauling remains the only person to have won two unshared Nobel Prizes (in Chemistry and Peace). The event happens one day before his birthday, which Oregon has declared to be "Linus Carl Pauling Day.”
