Event Schedule:

• 11:30 AM–12:00 PM | Student Check-In & Lunch

• Students check in, grab lunch, and take your seats for the panel presentation.

• 11:55 AM–1:00 PM | Panel Presentation

• For the panel discussion, each employer will have one designated rep that will be seated on stage and will share a brief overview of their company, technology and career information and slides

• 12:45–1:00 PM | Student Q&A

• Students will have the opportunity to ask questions and engage with panelists.

• 1:00–3:00 PM | Networking Session

• Connect directly with employers at their table to discuss your company, internships, and job openings. Each employer will have one table. Employers will set up with company displays, company signage, tablecloths, and swag.
