Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction

MBSR is a training to live our lives with intention, become aware of influences that affect our well-being and health, and find peace-of-mind and balance in an oftentimes chaotic world. Learn to cope more effectively, increase your ability to relax, decrease physical and psychological symptoms, and reduce pain. Program includes: guided instruction in mindfulness meditation practices, group discussions, gentle stretching and yoga, daily "homework,” link to audio recordings, and a workbook.
