Stress & Burnout is an interactive workshop designed specifically for college students to explore what stress and burnout really look like, how to recognize the signs, and why they matter. Through fun, engaging activities and real-life examples, students will learn how stress impacts overall well-being and walk away with practical tools and strategies to manage stress, prevent burnout, and feel more balanced throughout the semester.
