Monday Night Meditation

6:30-8pm online via Zoom during spring and summer 2020.  Open to all. No charge. No experience necessary. Just drop in (come a tad early to be on time)!  Occurs all year long with very rare exceptions/cancellations.  You're welcome to join for just the initial practice (20-30min), or stay for the full session.  See the session schedule below.  Contact Audrey Perkins with general questions or for more information.

6:30pm-6:40 - Welcome, Brief Talk, Instruction for Guided Meditation

6:40-7:00 -   20-minute Guided Meditation

7:05-7:15 -   10-minute Walking Meditation

7:20-7:40 -   20-minute Silent Sit

7:40-7:45 -   Self-Care Break

7:45 -8:00 -  Reflection on Practice/Sharing
