Oregon State University Theatre presents Mr. Burns: A Post-Electric Play by Anne Washburn March 5-7 and 13-14 at 7:30 p.m. and March 15 at 2 p.m. at the Edward J. Ray Theater in PRAx

(470 SW 15th Street Corvallis, OR 97331).

 

In the wake of a cataclysmic disaster, a group of survivors gathers around a campfire and bond over familiar episodes of The Simpsons. This darkly funny story of endurance in the face of trauma and tragedy explores the power of story to build community and move forward when it seems all is lost. Please note, Mr. Burns: A Post-Electric Play includes depictions and themes of violence and contains some sexual content. This production may not be appropriate for all viewers.

 

Doors open to the event 30 minutes prior to showtime. Seating is limited and latecomers cannot be seated after the show has started until intermission. Tickets may be purchased at the door or ahead of time at: https://prax.oregonstate.edu/events/winter-main-stage-mr-burns-post-electric-play. In the event of a sold-out performance, patrons may add their names to a waiting list at the venue. Any unclaimed will call tickets will be released to the public 10 minutes prior to the performance so please arrive early to get your seats.
