About this Event
TITLE: FPGA-based Cluster Framework for Parallel Data Acquisition of Hardware Security Primitives
ABSTRACT: Research and development of hardware security primitives require a robust infrastructure for comprehensive design evaluation and analysis. Conventional single-instance approaches are often inadequate for capturing and characterizing IP performance metrics that are highly susceptible to silicon die-to-die variations. The proposed FPGA-based cluster framework addresses this limitation by enabling parallel data acquisition across multiple FPGA platforms, thereby allowing efficient large-scale testing and evaluation of the designed IP.
