Design, fabrication and characterization of narrowband Aluminum plasmonic filter array for visible light spectroscopy
Using one-step focused ion beam etching process, an array of 20 narrowband Aluminum plasmonic filters was fabricated for on-chip visible-light spectroscopy. The filters were characterized using an open-air fiber-based setup. Average FWHM of 16nm was achieved to cover the whole visible light range with sufficient fidelity for signal reconstruction application.
