American bass vocalist Nathaniel Kondrat studied voice at Oregon State University, receiving a B.A. in music in 2008. He went on to receive a master's degree in music from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music in 2011. An enthusiastic recitalist, Kondrat's repertoire includes Shubert, Schumann, Williams, Beethoven, and Finzi. He was a finalist at the NAATSA singing competition in Orlando, Florida in 2014, and has participated in master classes with Sir Thomas Allen, Nathan Gunn, and Fracois le Roux. Kondrat was accepted into the Acadamie Musicale de Villecroze in 2014 and received a scholarship to work with Stephen Stubbs in the Accademia D'amore. In 2018, he was a prize winner at the Rheinsbert Castle International Competition in Germany, where he now resides.

Kondrat began his concert career with Handel's "The Messiah" and Durufle's "Requiem", with the Berlin chamber orchestra's Christmas Soratorium, and with Bach's "St. Matthew Passion" with Helmuth Rilling.

He performed as bass soloist for Cantata (Graubner and Werner) at the Landesbühnen Sachsen, and has sung several premieres: "Random Blackouts" (Steinke), "Random Blackouts II" (Steinke) and "Trifles" (Bilotta.) He is currently bass vocalist at Deutsches Nationaltheater in Weimar, Thuringia, Germany.

Pianist and accompanist Ana Maria Lupu was born in Moldova and began her artistic career in 2008 at the Lyceum of Music for Gifted Children in Chisinau, Moldova, where she took part in numerous competitions in her homeland. In 2012, she was admitted to the Academy of Music, Theater, and Fine Arts. In 2013, she took part in a master class for piano with Professor. P. Waas at the Weimar University of Music. In the same year, she moved to Germany to continue her studies in Weimar. She completed her studies in Dresden in 2018 at the Carl Maria von Weber University of Music. She has performed in many concerts on stage and as a member of orchestras. In January 2020, she gave several performances on stage at the Clara Schumann Concert Hall in Zwickau, and later performed the concert for piano and orchestra, "A century rolls" by J. Adams in Zwickau and Plauen. She has been seen on stage as part of the song evening at Rheinsberg Castle and for the "Long Night of the Arts" concert.

Lupu now works at the Gera Theater and is studying for a master's in accompaniment at the Franz Liszt University of Music. She performs beside her husband, bass singer Nathaniel Kondrat, as the duo, Opus Magnum.
