Five soon-to-be commissioned Surface Warfare Officers will be selecting the first ship they will serve on in the U.S Navy! Resembling the NFL Draft, ship selection is based on ranking systems and available ship lists.
The event will use a live video chat option via Google Hangouts where Midshipmen and Officer Candidates will have the option to select their ships via video chat with the Detailers.
Selection takes place in the Naval Armory on the 20th at 10:30am and also the 21st at 9am, 10am, and 12pm.
