About this Event
Join us for a fun day of hiking and tide pooling at Cape Perpetua! Towering 800 feet over the protected Marine Garden shoreline, the Cape Perpetua Headland is the highest viewpoint accessible by car on the Oregon Coast. On clear days, views extend 37 miles out to sea, and along 70 miles of coastline. Thor's Well Spouting Horn is a salt water fountain driven by the ocean’s power. The Horn puts on its best show at high tide! Afterwards, we will stop by the town of Yachats for some ice cream or hot cocoa, depending on weather.Students/Rec Sports Members: $35, OSU Community: $45
