The OSU Alumni Association’s Science on Tap series returns with Wine Off the Vine, an interactive virtual tasting event led by Elizabeth Tomasino, PhD, of the Fermentation Science program. Learn the sensory science of wine and join a live discussion of the characteristics of wine from Oregon and Italy. Then hear how you can experience the region on Alumni Group Travel’s upcoming tour, Flavors of Northern Italy, departing September 2021.
