People and Nature Seminar Series

Meredith Jacobson, Department Forest Ecosystems and Society

Anchor Forests: A Vision for Tribal Leadership in Cross-Boundary Forest Management

People and Nature is a weekly lunch (brown-bag) seminar where graduate students from across Oregon State University present their research that addresses some aspect of people and nature. The goals of this series are to connect graduate students and faculty from different departments and disciplines who share a common interest in people and nature research; provide a forum to learn about innovative research, methods, and approaches in a variety of disciplines; and create a friendly environment for graduate students to practice public speaking. While graduate students are the presenters in this series, all members of the OSU community (faculty, staff, undergraduates, etc.) are welcome to attend the lunchtime talks.
