All OSU employees are invited to learn, dialogue, and reflect on their roles and responsibilities to maintain an educational environment that is conducive and affirming to free expression. Through a variety of interactive exercises, participants will (1) deepen their knowledge of the laws and policies that guide speech activity at Oregon State University, (2) reflect on how they may balance their professional and personal values as they guide student and employee speech activity, and (3) practice exploring and negotiating challenging scenarios with their peers.
