Learn which varieties of winter squash to grow for their great taste and storage life, how to add colorful crunchy carrots, kohlrabi, radishes, and branching broccoli, kale, chard, other greens (and reds) to your meals through the winter. Presented by Darren Morgan, Shonnard's Nursery Manager and educator. The Public Seed Library is a volunteer run project of the Corvallis Sustainability Coalition's Food Action Team and Corvallis Public Library.
