This event will be a two-part session involving participants in the march. At the conclusion of the march, participants will have the opportunity to reflect on Dr. King Jr's legacy through an interactive artistic experience in which we will take portrait style photographs. Each portrait will be unique to the individual, as they will reflect on King's legacy and impact in their own words based on a prompt written by Alpha Phi Alpha brothers. We will then host the follow up event during black history month with an image gallery displaying photos taken during the march followed by a facilitated discussion that revisits the impacts and sentiments felt by students on the Civil Rights Movements & Dr. King Jr's efforts.
