The User Experience Research (UX) or Contemplative Studies minors can open exciting new career options to you. UX researchers systemically investigate client experiences and figure out how business can tailor products and services to encourage optimal user reactions. It is the outgrowth of the marketing and design team to create a holistic understanding of the user and product as a means to define future opportunities for attracting consumer interest. Contemplative Studies fosters an understanding of contemplative practices and philosophies by studying them in relation to psychology, religion, history, health, and other areas to enhance attentional ability, personal insights, increase compassion, and improve physical and mental health.
