School of Public Policy Book Talk: Chris Blattman, Why We Fight

Chris Blattman is the Ramalee E. Pearson Professor of Global Conflict Studies at The University of Chicago's Pearson Institute and Harris Public Policy. He is an economist and political scientist who studies violence, crime, and underdevelopment. His most recent book is Why We Fight: The Roots of War and the Paths to Peace. Co-presented by the School of Public Policy, Dubach Chair, the Department of Applied Economics and the College of Liberal Arts.
