The Oregon State University Seafood Research & Education Center in Astoria, OR will be offering Seafood HACCP Segment 2 training at the The Holiday Inn Express & Suites, Astoria, OR on November 20, 2019 from 9 am to 5 pm. All participants must complete Seafood HACCP Segment 1 training from Cornell by November 13. Notifications of completion of Seafood HACCP Segment 1 training must be either emailed or handed in to Christina DeWitt prior to the start of the Segment 2 class.
