Abstract: The speaker will share about who the US Army Corps of Engineers is, why adaptation to rising sea levels is important in settings like San Francisco Bay, what programs the Corps has for assisting with adaptation, the Corps' 'scenarios-based' approach to planning for sea level, and examples of these programs and approaches from ongoing projects and studies.
