Small group training provides a multi-level, full-body workout, and consists of two sessions per week. Each week, the focus of the sessions change slightly. Every session begins with a 15-minute workshop, where participants learn and master the “movement of the week,” tailored toward their individual skill and fitness level. Sessions meet twice per week; the workshop (15 minutes) and the workout (45 minutes) are an hour in length, total.
