The Southern Oregon Research and Extension Center (SOREC) is showcasing a melon variety trial that includes five top performing dry farm melon varieties, irrigated in 4 different ways: grower standard, as well as a low (30%), medium (50%), and high (70%) soil water deficit, using soil moisture sensors to inform irrigation scheduling.
