Join us for a talk by Dr. Jennifer Stevens Aubrey about “Self-Objectification in Adolescence: Investigating the Roles of Traditional Media and New Communication Technology Contexts."  Dr. Aubrey teaches classes on media, mass communication theory, and child and adolescent development in the Department of Communication at the University of Arizona.  Her research focuses on how media affects the emotional, mental, and physical health of young people--including issues related to sexuality and body image.
