This day-long summit will be an opportunity for faculty, administrators, advocates and community members from across Oregon to learn, network and discuss issues facing Black professionals, staff and students in the state. 

Event Schedule:  This year's topics will include: 

• K-20 Pipeline: Working together to support Black students
• Supporting US: How Black faculty and staff support each other at PWIs (Predominantly White Institutions) 
• Recruit and Retaining Black Talent: Black employees in Oregon and expanding the network
• Supporting Black Mental Health
• Black Faculty and Pursuing Tenure
• DEI Work in the Current Climate
• Black Athletics

Session presenters and panelists represent educators, professionals, and community leaders across the state of Oregon.
