Speaker
Jillian Henderson, PhD, MPH conducts research that supports evidence-based clinical and health policy recommendations to improve reproductive health, cancer, and pregnancy outcomes in domestic and global contexts.
At the Kaiser Permanente Center for Health Research, Northwest, Dr. Henderson has led and co-led systematic reviews on preventive health care topics for the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force, on topics including breast, ovarian, and cervical cancer screening, screening pelvic examinations, and hypertensive disorders of pregnancy. She is an editor and systematic review methodologist with the Fertility Regulation Cochrane Collaboration Group at Oregon Health Sciences University. Previously Dr. Henderson conducted NIH and CDC funded research on a range of preventive health care topics at the University of California, San Francisco. Dr. Henderson continues to collaborate on research projects aimed at improving the health and well-being of individuals of all genders across the life span. Dr. Henderson earned her PhD in health services research and MPH in epidemiology from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and a BS in biology from the University of Oregon
