In July 2019 the Oregon legislature passed one of the most generous family leave policies in the U.S. In this panel discussion we are going to hear from both academics and practitioners about how the new family leave policy works and what the evidence on paid leave tells us about its impact on families.
The event is co-sponsored by Women in Policy/the OSU School of Public Policy and the OSU Graduate School.
