About this Event
875 SW 26th Street, Corvallis, OR 97331
"The State of Equity in the Phish Scene" panel discussion will focus on the conditions fans face within the live music scene and how these conditions have evolved over time through the perspective of the affinity groups that work to support and advocate for communities of fans who are most frequently impacted, such as fans of color, fans with disabilities, fans choosing to remain clean and sober at shows, fans who identify as LGBTQIA+, and fans who experience sexual harassment. This conversation will bring together leaders from various affinity groups to explore how we are doing in our aspirations to be an inclusive, equity-driven community; and how that has evolved since these groups were founded.
This event is part of the 2024 Phish Studies Conference, but this panel session is free and open to all.
