Dr. Eddy is the Associate Provost of Faculty Affairs and Faculty Development and professor of higher education in Educational Policy, Planning, and Leadership at William & Mary, a public research university in Williamsburg, Virginia. Her lecture, A Blueprint for Equity-Minded Leadership in Community Colleges, will highlight data from her national study of community college senior and mid-level leaders, centered on the question of how to develop community college leaders who promote social justice and equity.
