The CO•, or the Corvallis Maker Fair, will be Saturday, April 6 this year, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM in and around the Memorial Union building at Oregon State University. It is free and open to all ages. The event brings together makers from the OSU campus, Corvallis, and the whole state of Oregon to demonstrate what they’ve made and share their methods for hands-on learning.

Maker culture is a popular movement honoring craftsmanship and technology and the sharing of knowledge, skills, and resources. The CO•, a campus-community partnership, offers the OSU community and the general public the opportunity to collaborate, innovate, and create in addition to providing a forum for research and teaching the value of hands-on, creative exploration and learning in K-12 classrooms and beyond.

Interested in seeing what projects local craftspeople, scientists, artists, engineers, and others are working on? The event is free and open to the public.
