Uncertainty is inevitable. Today, technologies exist to help us become more organized, productive and connected than ever before, yet many people have never felt more anxious, isolated and alone. That paradox causes us to sometimes blame the technology itself. But what if we didn’t turn away from technology and, instead, found ways to use it intentionally—to cope, de-stress and reinvigorate us?
During this 8-week series, you'll learn contemplative practices based on Yogic philosophy. Each week’s class will begin with roughly 20 minutes of lecture and interaction, including some time for personal inquiry and discussion in small groups. The remainder of the class will focus on gentle movement, breath work, and meditation, which you can apply in your daily life, both online and off.
