This course is designed for all people working in the traffic field including engineers, technicians, educators, and enforcement personnel. The course provides a comprehensive coverage of the basic fundamentals to analyze and solve traffic problems. Through lectures and working problems, participants become familiar with the problem-solving techniques and data-gathering methods for both urban and rural traffic problems.
