The Valentine’s Day Dinner transforms McNary into a fine-dining restaurant complete with tablecloths, waitstaff and a three-course meal Saturday, Feb. 14. Menu available online.

While the meal is top tier, the price is not. Tickets are $25 per person in advance with limited seating at 4:30 and 6:30 p.m.

“It’s a special event for several reasons,” said Joe Fuller, general manager at McNary.

“It gives dining staff a chance to do elevated cuisine, explore culinary techniques and offer dishes not typically served including seared duck and beef tartar. It also gives students and staff a chance to experience fine dining without the price tag.”

The event started more than a decade ago at McNary Dining Hall and has been an annual favorite ever since. It’s a great time to gather with friends and celebrate with good food and service. No date needed, but reservations are required.
