Stop by the Hatfield Visitor Center during Whale Watch Week, Dec. 26-31, to celebrate the majestic migration of gray whales along the Oregon coast as they move south to Baja, Mexico. The Visitor Center will have hands-on activities and crafts for all ages and daily guest lectures at 11 a.m. and visitors can learn more about gray whales and get tips for successful whale watching. The VC will be open on Dec. 31 for this event. This event is co-hosted by Oregon Sea Grant and the Oregon Parks and Recreation Dept as part of the Whale Watching Spoken Here program at https://orwhalewatch.org.
