This practice replenishes the mind and body depleted by stress, sleep disturbances, or the relentless pace of modern life. In a state of deep rest more restorative than standard sleep, the yoga nidra state of meditation creates the conditions for psychological and physical nourishment, insight, and expanded awareness.
In this 8-week series, participants develop a personalized Yoga Nidra practice, addressing limiting beliefs through intention-setting. Each session focuses on a different kosha (layer) and will reference ancient Tantric techniques companioned by findings in contemporary scientific literature. A key focus of the course is consistent practice, allowing participants to deepen their skills and refine their technique over time. Suitable for both beginners and experienced meditators, this practice goes beyond relaxation, offering a path toward personal transformation.
